This outfit post is of my FAAAVVVVV dress. A few months ago, Prabal Gurung designed a collection for Target. When I saw the promotion on TV, I was so excited, I knew I had to purchase them. What I particularly loved about the collection was that the colors were Neon and Bright; my perfect recipe for happiness! They were also very affordable as they ranged in prices from $19.99 - $69.00. This shirt dress cost $39.99! Even though they sold out within a few days, I bought almost every piece from the collection. I decided to pair this neon Shirt dress with my Neon bag and bracelets, and black Luichiny Sandals.
